The below is a talk on the current (as of 2026-02) state of low cost, generally asymmetric Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS, also known as Unmanned Aerial Vehicles or UAV) and Counter-UAS prepared for OSAC Erbil. There was a scheduling conflict on Feb 2nd and by the time there was a possible date, the entire regional posture had changed dramatically. The contents of the talk were never more relevant, so this is sneak preview in case the opportunity to present the talk live doesn’t come up.
